Calgary Housing Company is now in our new location.

All former district offices have permanently closed.

The new Calgary Housing office will be opern for customer service as of 9:30am on April 16, 2024.

The new office location is just off of Barlow Trail immediately north of Memorial Drive.

Accessing the Calgary Housing Office by Public Transit

The Wood Centre is located between the Max Bell and the Franklin C-Train stations.
Franklin C-Train station has slightly better access as there is a pathway cleared for walking to Wood Centre It is approximately a 12 minute walk.
The Max Bell station requires crossing Barlow Trail and is also approximately a 12 minute walk.
The closest transit stop numbers to the Wood Centre are: 6021, 2842, 6709, 4478, 8569, 2163, 6812, 5889 and 2146.

Tenant Maintenance Inquiries

Some basic maintenance of the housing unit is the Tenant’s responsibility.

For all other maintenance inquiries:

Maintenance Emergencies
Immediately contact the Maintenance Department in case of a maintenance emergency.

Maintenance emergencies include:
  • Flood
  • Sewer back-up
  • No hot water
  • No heat
  • Frozen water line

In case of FIRE, please call 9-1-1
