Welcome to the CHC Resident Portal!
Welcome to Calgary Housing Company’s new resident portal.
We are very excited to welcome you to this new tool where you can create your own account and have easy access to your personal information.
You can log in at any time that works for you – you no longer have to come to our offices or call to check your account information – we know you are busy!
Of course, we will be here if you do need to call with any questions and, when it is safe to do so with COVID, we will be re-opening our doors!
We can’t wait to hear about your experience in using the portal and we hope the new online tool will enhance your experience in accessing CHC services!
IMPORTANT – Only current residents living in a CHC-managed property can create an account to use the Resident Portal.
Before You Get Started
You must have an email address on file to register for the portal. Please call your Housing Administrator to add one to your file.
You will also need your tenant account number that you can find on any other letters, statements, or notices you have received from CHC. If you cannot remember this number contact your Housing Administrator or call (587) 390-1200 (press 4).
You only have to register once.
After you have registered your account, you can log in with your E-mail address and Password.
